
Meet Anna – Your Barre Instructor

Hi, I’m Anna! My passion is helping you achieve your fitness goals while having fun. My journey started with 10 years of rhythmic gymnastics and 5 years of competitive salsa dancing. After a break to focus on family and work, I struggled to find fitness classes that balanced effectiveness and enjoyment—so I created my own Barre class.
My class blends authentic ballet-inspired movements with functional fitness, making it accessible to everyone, regardless of dance background. It’s designed to help you sculpt lean muscles, improve posture, and move gracefully.
In each class, you’ll feel the burn, experience that satisfying plank shake, and maybe even be a bit sore the next day. But it’s all part of the process of getting stronger and more confident. Over time, you’ll notice real changes in your body—from better posture to a dance-inspired physique.
I’ve selected the safest, most effective moves from my fitness and dance experience to create a fun, dynamic workout that delivers real results. Together, we’ll make fitness something to look forward to!

Meet Caitlyn Cordano – Your Energetic Zumba Instructor
Caitlyn has been dancing since the age of three, exploring a variety of styles including ballet, tap, jazz, hula, Tahitian, and musical theatre. Her passion for movement and music led her to discover Zumba at 15, and she’s been hooked ever since!
As a licensed Zumba instructor for the past two years, Caitlyn has brought her contagious energy and dynamic choreography to Fitness 19 in Daly City and San Bruno. She loves creating a fun, high-energy atmosphere that makes every class feel like a dance party.
Currently, Caitlyn teaches pop-up classes and steps in as a substitute instructor at Barre Wellness. Whether you're new to Zumba or a seasoned dancer, get ready to sweat, smile, and move with Caitlyn!
