We're Anna, your Barre Instructor, and Lisa, your Meditation Facilitator.

​

We both believe that Fitness and Wellness are amazing when we mix moving and mindfulness. Our goal is to help women, just like us, FEEL STRONG AND HAPPY.

 

Our plan is simple: we want to help you take care of yourself by having fun with workouts (only once a week!) and calming your mind with regular meditation.
